Paul and Lexy are a seasoned captain-and-chef team with years of experience creating seamless, memorable experiences both on the water and on land. After six back-to-back seasons across the Caribbean, Mediterranean, and Europe’s inland waterways – plus years managing villas, guesthouses, events, and retreats – they’ve developed a style of hosting that feels effortless, welcoming, and quietly detail-driven…the kind of environment where clients settle in quickly and everything just works.

Paul brings a rare blend of luxury hotel management, yacht operations, engineering knowledge, and construction management. With more than a decade of captaining, major refit oversight, and on-the-ground hospitality experience in the UK, he knows how to keep timelines tight, systems running smoothly, and client experiences elevated without the performance. He’s calm, organized, instinctively solutions-oriented — and famously good at showing up with exactly what’s needed before anyone asks

Lexy is a trained chef with Caribbean and Korean roots, a background in culinary nutrition, and years of experience across event planning, wellness, and hospitality in NYC and the Caribbean. She has cooked for private villas and high-touch yachts, with a knack for creating bright, flavorful, globally inspired dishes that feel nourishing and leave guests talking about years later. With 500 hours of yoga training, experience running international yoga retreats, and a natural ease with people, she brings a grounded, welcoming presence to every environment.

Together based in Barbados & St. Vincent & the Grenadines, they run charters, private dinners, villa stays, and retreats with a shared philosophy: keep things smooth, keep things thoughtful, and let people feel genuinely cared for. Clear communication, good food, calm energy, and a sense of ease – that’s the heart of their work.

Yachting

We’re available as a captain + chef/mate duo (or individually) for day sails and multi-day charters across the Caribbean and beyond. Paul brings confident seamanship, a strong engineering background, and polished hospitality from his years running boutique hotels (yes, the cocktails are always on point). Lexy adds fresh, vibrant cuisine, intuitive hosting, and optional wellness sessions. Together, we create relaxed, guest-forward charters with concierge support from anchor up to aperitif.
